This training focuses on strengthening external communication within nonprofit organizations that operate across multiple entities, programs, or departments. Participants will explore how to maintain a consistent organizational voice while communicating across various public platforms, including social media, websites, and community engagement channels.
In organizations with multiple entities, programs, or voices, communication can easily become fragmented leading to mixed messages, missed opportunities, and reputational risk. What may seem like small inconsistencies across social media platforms or public messaging can quietly erode trust with stakeholders, funders, and the communities you serve.
This session is designed to bring clarity, alignment, and strategy to how your organization shows up externally.
